Building high-performing teams with experience and passion

Sophie started “YouNameIt” to build high-performing teams and providing top-notch talent acquisition solutions. 

Previously, Sophie built the Talent Acquisition & Executive Search department at GoStudent, Europe´s fastest  growing EdTech Unicorn, from scratch and recruited together with her team for all levels & departments up to C-level across 22+ markets in EU, LATAM and NA. They have attracted and onboarded talent worldwide from global players like Uber, Airbnb, Tinder, McKinsey and grew the global GoStudent team from 100 to 2000+ employees in 2 years and supported the recruiting of their subsidiaries.

She started her career in management consulting at Ernst & Young, with a focus on Internal Audit and made a game-change in her career into recruiting. She successfully started her career at an international recruiting agency and within her first year she was one of the top three  employees in Austria.
